Toepassing van natrium L-ascorbyl-2-fosfaat CAS 66170-10-3

Het wordt gebruikt in wetenschappelijke onderzoeksreagentia, op grote schaal in de moleculaire biologie, farmacologie en ander wetenschappelijk onderzoek, en het is ten strengste verboden om het in het menselijk lichaam te gebruiken.

2. Het wordt gebruikt voor biokatalytische defosforylering, energieopwekking en elektrochemische detectie.

3. Het kan worden gebruikt bij celdifferentiatie en weefselengineering. Asc-2p wordt gebruikt bij onderzoek naar genremming, zoals de remming van Dickkopf-1-expressie geïnduceerd door dihydrotestosteron.

4. Het kan worden gebruikt als katalytisch substraat voor alkalische fosfatase. Alkalische fosfatase (ALP) is een belangrijke biomarker.
