Cocamidopropylamineoxide is een kleurloze en transparante vloeistof bij kamertemperatuur. Cocamidopropylamineoxide is gemakkelijk oplosbaar in water en alcoholische oplosmiddelen en is stabiel in zure, basische en hardwateromgevingen. Wanneer de pH-waarde zuur wordt, vertoont het kationische eigenschappen en is het niet-irriterend.

Sollicitatie

Cocamidopropylamineoxide wordt gebruikt als een efficiënt schuimmiddel en stabilisator, geschikt voor badproducten, shampoos en haarconditioners. De aanbevolen dosering voor make-up is 3% tot 8%. Geschikt voor tandpasta, kauwgom en mondwater in mondverzorgingsproducten. Cocamidopropylamineoxide wordt in de textielindustrie gebruikt voor een waterdichte en zachte afwerking, en voor antistatische eigenschappen.
